I was given your information via my doctor and I need to just say thank you to everybody who shares! It’s such a relief to know others are dealing with the day to day chronic migraines and struggle. I always have had headaches but 2 years ago they hit and hit hard. I have not had a day free from a migraine in over 2 years. I live day to day trying to find some normalcy in my daily routine. However the migraines put me down by the middle of the day with very little help from medication. I feel I’ve tried it all physically therapy, massages, acupuncture, self injection shots, 3 day cycle of infusions and now Botox injections and next week I will have ketamine infusions for 5 straight days hoping to break this cycle. I will not give up !

  1. Hello , and welcome to the community! While I'm sorry to hear that you deal with the pain and frustration of migraine, I'm so glad that you found our community here. I can hear what a frustrating challenge it has been these past two years, being with migraine every day. Finding a normalcy is challenging, and many in the community here understand, especially when you've tried so many things and are getting very little relief from any of it. (I'm sharing a link to our article about treatments, just in case there's something mentioned that you haven't yet tried, https://migraine.com/migraine-treatment, although it sounds like you've gone through your share of treatments.)

I am crossing my fingers this next thing you try is "the one" and it breaks the cycle and you get relief! Please know that you aren't alone, and reach out here anytime. If you're comfortable, keep us posted and let us know how it goes with the Botox injections and ketamine infusions. Sending you gentle hugs. -- Warmly, Christine (Team Member)
